Lemon & Lime were one of the first companies in Mauritius to provide a wide variety of furniture and decor pieces ex stock. With a large established showroom, you don’t have to wait for your chosen goods to be sourced from abroad. This means that the timelines between selecting your items and installation is drastically reduced and therefore the time to furnish your home or complete your project is diminished.
Our large showroom located in Bambous displays a wide variety of design options to inspire you. You will be welcomed by our friendly team who will provide you with personal and professional attention.
Experience a hassle-free experience!
As we are a one stop shop, you do not have to go anywhere else!
In the dynamic business we are in, we don’t just cater to a niche market, we embrace them all. From intimate apartments to beautiful villas, to the furniture gracing luxury hotels and busy restaurants, from corporate offices and government hubs, our footprint is vast and varied.
Foreign clients, investing in Mauritius also find our services invaluable, as they are not always on the island. Even if they are, they leave the details and the work to our team to realize their dreams, whilst enjoying their holiday and not spending time looking at various shops, showrooms and suppliers around the island.
After having visited Mauritius regularly since 1996, Kim and her family took the decision in 2010 to make Mauritius their new home. Kim started her first business in 1990 and built it successfully for 22 years until she sold it in 2012.
Being an entrepreneur, Kim identified opportunities in Mauritius and the surrounding islands, particularly in the fast developing property and hospitality sector. This led to the creation of Lemon & Lime in 2012. With her passion for travel, Kim has successfully managed to source a variety of quality products from around the globe.
The natural progression and the will to offer a more holistic service to their clients, led to the acquisition of Intercept-Interiors in 2015 and Prodeco in 2019.
In 2017, Lemon & Lime expanded its offerings to include a highly qualified design and project management team.
Kim and her team look forward to being of service to you!
Residential Project: MANTA COVE
“My family and I purchased a four-bedroom home in the West. We reached out to various companies. Among them, Kim from Lemon and Lime stood out. Since we were in the UK and couldn’t visit the property, we hired Kim and her team to oversee the full project from start to finish.
Despite the distance, we had numerous video calls with Kim and Isabelle, who were always responsive to our needs. They created mood boards, color schemes and designs, and sourced various suppliers, including carpenters and other providers. They also manufactured beds, headboards, sofas, and ottomans, through Intercept.
Our collaboration with Kim and her team began in July 2021, and by November of the same year, we moved into our new home. Throughout this process, we trusted them to handle everything. They liaised with the developer and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and addressed many issues on our behalf.
In conclusion, we wholeheartedly recommend Kim and the Trend team for managing our project. Their expertise and dedication took away all the stress from our side.”
Residential Project: LA BALISE
“We had the daunting task of furnishing a 3-bedroom unit in Black River while still residing abroad. Fortunately, we were referred to Kim Pearson-Taylor at Intercept Interiors, who ensured a smooth and trouble-free experience. Her team provided prompt responses, detailed information with photos of all the items and computer models of the final layout. They sourced, unpacked and installed everything – furniture, artwork, curtains, bedding, soft furnishings, as well as a full kitchen pack. They kept us updated during the process and sourced alternatives when necessary. We would not have been able to do it without them and were particularly happy with the quality of the furniture and furnishings.”
Medical Facility: FIDERE CLINIC
“In our transformation from Cosmetique to Fidere Clinic, we partnered with the TREND Group, a name synonymous with interior design and outstanding furniture and decor solutions.
From the start of our collaboration, Kim and her team displayed a profound understanding of our financial considerations, style preferences, functional needs, and importantly, our timeline. The relationship between their creative vision and our clinical setting has resulted in a smooth and efficient operation.
Their all-inclusive services, which include interior design, custom furniture, decor pieces, and the crafting of tailor-made items, provided us with a comprehensive solution that exceeded our expectations.
We take immense pleasure in recommending the TREND Group of companies for any project you might have in mind.”

Corporate Project: ABInBev
“As the Managing Director of ABInBev’s local office, I was tasked with overseeing the complete fit out of our corporate office. We needed a modern, functional, and inspiring environment that reflected our company’s values and culture. After extensive research and consultations, we chose Lemon & Lime Ltd for their comprehensive turnkey solutions.
The results have been amazing. Every piece of furniture and decor was carefully selected to match our brand ethos, making our office not just a place to work, but an extension of who we are as a company.
What sets Lemon & Lime apart is their attention to detail and commitment to quality. They went above and beyond to ensure that the project was completed on time and within budget.
